The CAD position is considered a stepping stone to becoming a Country CEO (shareholder) in your area. During this time,
you will operate through our structure and brand, supported by your respective Regional Director, Hector Reyes. And you
will lead successfully your own team of Sr. advisors.
Qualified candidates will become part of the Regional Management Team in Central America with options for shares in the
local, regional, and potentially global companies. Depending on the development you may create your own Branch, after a
trial period of one-two years.

Certification: You will need to submit a minimum of three cases.

project manager in this area. Currently operating as successful M&A consultant. Minimum age 40 years, university
degree / MBA;
+ Global – Previously held management positions in multi-national firms; Top Investment Bank, MBB or Big 4 experience a
plus;
+ Respected - Has an active and excellent network at C-Level and a client portfolio of 20+ clients;
+ Connected - Well integrated with your region and have a firm understanding of how to localize whilst adhering to the
core values of the organization;
