at remote locations. User can continuous monitor and provide supports remotely pro-
actively to the Siemens wind power. This is an integration of windows based sub
systems and web bases subsystems.

2. PRS Portal (June, 2012 – June, 2014)
PRS Portal is a remote service tool for all the Philips healthcare products. This
application is mainly used by the Philips healthcare customer support tier 2 resources
to provide the services to their customer remotely. The application was designed
taking into account limitations and drawbacks of pre-existing remote service tools. A
global team of end users from different modalities and roles were engaged
throughout the design, assuring workflow alignment.
The PRS Portal is a migration of existing products and removing the problems with
the existing products. User can send the update patches to the client machines, can
take the remote of the client machine, and can check the properties of the different
attributes into the healthcare devices to provide the proactive monitoring. The main
purpose of this application is to make customer happy by providing the good service
to the customer.
