Project Development Ilias, works closely with development, finance, marketing and legal departments and ensure that all required data, information and materials are provided in a timely manner in accordance with contract requirements. Ilias, ensures that processes are followed, deadlines met, targets achieved and that all team members and others are fully managed by providing leadership, coaching, mentorship, planning, team work and others competencies to undertake these complex tasks. He has a thorough understanding of all relevant third party developments or partnership / joint venture projects through analysis and understanding of the contracts, relevant communications, build programmes and other materials provided by the third party, regular site visits and other required investigations and actions. He is reviewing all types of design/ planning/ construction documents and provides meaningful feedback; managing consultant presentations, attend meetings and liaise with approval authorities/ utility providers, also provides technical support as required

Ilias, h ave an understanding of all relevant planning and approval processes and utilize experience and expertise to adapt or adopt other procedures or processes that will best serve the organization He facilitates management of information flow from the Development and Planning sections to the client through meetings, information packs and provide a facilitation role in meetings between the developer and the organization to assist in managing the development review process He identifies issues delaying development and present solutions, organize meetings with all parties involved for combined solutions and implementation.
