- I imagine most of you are driving to work every day listening to the radio, or getting ready to ride your bike to the bus stop… maybe you take the train? Whatever means you take to get to your job, or wherever you are going, perhaps,. taking your children out, Urban Engineers is the thought behind all of the processes that shape our transit. The most simple things that most of us take for granted- the way the road turns at that exact angle, traffic lights turning red, deciding if the amount of traffic warrants a traffic light at that intersection. We do not realize how important this all is until we stop to think about it. There is a force behing every infrastructure, from water dams, counting cars, to “google Maps” satellite imagery. Engineers program the world. Urban Engineers works from the corporate level to the basic fundamental levels of planning, measuring, and building to study traffic, direction of roads, times of busy travel, and safety measures to construct the best possible routes and build means of transit to help the city and surrounding suburbs travel effectively and efficiently. Urban researches and follows protocol of ISO safety standards to help commuters. Innovative technology allows Urban to measure scopes of still land to find the best place to build a new casino for a client, or measure the distance and amount of time a car has to turn the wheel before hitting a sidewall. Infrastructure of bridges and overpasses, fixing environmental problems- as well as making our own methods do not go against environmental codes; all of this is going on everyday as we all go about our day.

- We know that without aviation, railroad, bridges, highways, and precise measurements we would not be safe. The people who run this organization are also the same people who are driving on the same roads. We have police officers to watch the speed of the commuters, but what about the people who made the bridge stand and hold up across a large body of water? The men who work all day measuring land space in the coldest weather standing in water? We show respect and give extra funds to the policemen, fire fighters, and military but the engineers are behind it all. This company needs a strategy to keep the workers measuring the amount of traffic, we need to be able to promote and give our employees a feeling of worth because they are the people who are the unrecognized heroes. The company needs to be able to give more and do more for the natural disasters, and the increase in population. We pay insurance, we want to be part of the insurance that keeps the world running and put together. - The best strategy for Urban is to improve employee relations, working from the inside out. Using positive feedback, teaching the trainees the morals and ethics that Urban was built on, and establishing a sense of family will build the strongest teams and workers. Increased revenue from employee/client relations, and the brand recognition will give investors an excellent return. - Urban Engineers will continue to use the strategies following the mission and vision. Innovative ideas and new technology to keep our professionals at the top. Improving on strengths and assessing/analyzing and creating new markets. Business growth is the focus, increasing clients and solutions to establish new opportunities to expand. From the inside out we will train and evaluate performance of employees. Continuing to keep up with the standards and reputation that is already expected of the company while taking further action to allow the company to grow. Feeding the information to the heart of the company will enable the organization to have the best trained employees with the greatest assets for the firm. The funding will allow us to structure more programs for additional training, hire more employees, and build our firm across the tristate area first, establishing a strategy to eventually become a national or possibly even an international organization.
