He has a thorough understanding of all relevant third party developments or partnership / joint venture projects through analysis and understanding of the contracts, relevant communications, build programmes and other materials provided by the third party, regular site visits and other required investigations and actions. He is reviewing all types of design/ planning/ construction documents and provides meaningful feedback; managing consultant presentations, attend meetings and liaise with approval authorities/ utility providers, also provides technical support as required
