Our services in terms of event organization include:
    Choice of the conference hall (favorable terms from the best congress
    venues of the city)
    Choice of the equipment (PA system, microphones, conference system,
    podium for speakers, simultaneous translation, plasma screens, laser
    pointers, laptops, etc)
    Order of catering
    Posting/e-mailing of invitations, work with participants, preparation of
    participants list
    Preparation of badges and handouts
    Maintaining registration before the event
    Full control of logistics during the event
    Photographing during the event
    Work with sub-contractors before, during and after the event
    Post-conference support: sending letters of appreciation to the
    participants, preparation of financial and photo reports

The cost of the services is 10% of the project budget.
