Editor's Notes

  • #5 Creative Thinking Skills – Jesus often preached using Parables. Students will be taken through a series of lessons decoding the message behind a Parable highlighting that Jesus wanted to provoke thought and critical reflection about his message. Creative Thinking Skills were modeled by Jesus as a vehicle of expression. Communication and Collaboration Skills – Students will work in Project Teams of 3 to depict one Commandment and One Beatitude in a Stop Motion Animation sequence. Group roles will be clearly defined and articulated eg. ‘a set designer will be responsible for designing the set or stage for the animation to occur. They will need to deliver a suitable set which clearly reflects the design as per the script/storyboard by the desired date”.
