Our Current Engagements & Ventures:
1) An early revenues unmanned aerial vehicle technology firm. We are helping it raise funds
in Phase I and then execute the commercial acceleration in Phase II that shall call for sales
acceleration, among other operational / strategic / financial roles.
2) An early revenue restaurant serving all vegetarian South East Asian cuisine. We are
helping it raise funds which shall be a continuous exercise.
3) A pre revenue forest resort in Sri Lanka. We are helping it raise funds in Phase I and then
execute strategic financial management in Phase II that shall all through the life of the asset

commercial acceleration from overall business functions, including new client development.
5) A transportation venture. This is an in house venture that shall call for roles across
business functions.

7) A Pan India chain of F&B outlets across casual and fine dine formats. Raising capital for
the parent company

Team Profile
Sean Desouza
A Finance professional with diverse experience in Global Business Management, Sean has
developed and managed business in new and mature markets. In a career spanning 17
years, Sean has worked across cultures in 3 continents in roles ranging from business
development, strategic deal management and structuring, financial advisory and
relationship management.
Some of the key highlights include his Global experience across the UK, India, US, Singapore
and Germany. Additionally, his roles were Multi-functional spanning Business Management,
Strategic Development, Corporate Finance and Transaction Structuring; from a sector
standpoint, Sean has gained experience in Financial Services, Technology, Outsourcing,
Hospitality and Retail.
Rajiv Indimath
Rajiv is currently driving his life’s mission to foster innovation and growth in micro and new
ventures, a virtue he imbibed during his very early days of being an accidental entrepreneur
at the age of 17. Rajiv has operated micro manufacturing units and understands the nuances
required to scale up production centric businesses.
As an advisor on international market entry implementation & M&A negotiations, Rajiv has
advised leading mid-market and rapidly emerging businesses across Brazil, US, EU & India.
His clients comprised the board of directors & promoters of automotive components,
hospitality, real estate & revenue management, specialty chemicals & adhesives, financial
services, information technology, out-sourcing & off-shoring, bio-energy & environmental
sciences, power and light manufacturing. His global quotient is highlighted by his deep
insights into managing cross-cultural teams of Brazilians, Germans, Japanese, Turkish, Dutch,
Indians, Italians and Americans.

Previously, Rajiv worked at McKinsey & Co., Citigroup and The Jai Group, a boutique M&A
and international growth strategy firm focusing on Latin America, Africa and India.
In his quest to learn and passion to share knowledge & experience, Rajiv is an active visiting
faculty, mentor & at various platforms. He was the visiting faculty for M&A at SIBM’s full
time MBA program, along with being the Chairman of the Board for Examiners for his
course. He is an active panelist on national events on M&A, Business Plans hosted by
business schools. He conducts several boot camps & workshops on entrepreneurship at IIT
Bombay, NMIMS, & other leading engineering and business schools. Rajiv is also a mentor to
the E-Cell of the IIT Bombay. Recently at the 2014 E-Summit, which gained the UNESCO
patronage, Rajiv was the panellist to judge national events on crowd funding, investors’
dilemma of investing in the new venture space and elevator pitches. He has also
successfully mentored applicants for Harvard Project for Asian & International Relations at
the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Rajiv is a fellow at the highly
selective Start-up Leadership Program and is the Co-Program Director of Start Leadership
Program for 2016. He also serves on the Mentor Board of Founders’ Institute.
Rajiv relaxes by practicing Judo, travelling, immersing in studying developmental economics,
history, culture & foreign affairs, studying about & working with machines, and free lugging
on adventure sports.
Pranav Bhakta
Pranav Rambhai Bhakta’s track record includes negotiating over US $2.8 Billion of hotel real
estate transactions (including management contracts and leases), capital markets (debt and
equity/fund raising), developments (ground up and conversion), including investment
committee memorandums and private placement memorandums in an international context.
Unlike many professionals, he brings a 360-degree, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary
perspectives to the table – innovation and strategy through business model canvasing,
principal investor, third party advisor, developer, and operator/asset manager – that collide
into one objective: delivering shareholder value.
Considering his previous international, cross-border (Go-To-Market Strategies for USA, Africa,
Europe and India) professional experiences coupled with a Master in Hospitality
Administration (MBA) from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne where he grasped the theoretical
foundation of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, Human Resources, Organization Behavior,
Corporate Finance, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology,
Operations, Business Statistics, F&B Operations, and Tourism Economics he adds tremendous
value to the hospitality organizations he is involved with, including various hospitality tech
companies. He has been responsible for the Market Entry and Success of various companies
into India, including the TRUMP Organization, Vantage Hospitality, and other hospitality
companies from F&B to Tech. He has deep seeded relationships with virtually all the major
and regional hotel brands and Private Equity Real Estate players within Asia and Globally.
