A pi merchant is someone verified by pi network team and allowed to barter pi coins for goods and services.

how to sell pi coins in South Korea profitably.DOT TECH
Yes. You can sell your pi network coins in South Korea or any other country, by finding a verified pi merchant
What is a verified pi merchant?
Since pi network is not launched yet on any exchange, the only way you can sell pi coins is by selling to a verified pi merchant, and this is because pi network is not launched yet on any exchange and no pre-sale or ico offerings Is done on pi.
Since there is no pre-sale, the only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners. So a pi merchant facilitates these transactions by acting as a bridge for both transactions.

76. Hadith/Conclusion
" Entitlement to profit is based upon corresponding liability to Bear less."
One entitles to profit for three reasons namely wealth, work and daman
(bear the liability for loss).
The acquisition of profit is the basic goal of a Mudarabah contract
and this has always been a privileged sign for Rabbul Mall and
Mudarib to gain more profit. Profit earned by Mudarabah is shared
among them as per the provisions of the contract. The profit of
Mudarabah cannot be stipulated only for the investor or only for
the worker
77. DIBPL should increase the pays to employees, because the salaries of
the employees are much lower as compare to the banking industry,
which leads to employees, dissatisfaction & turnovers.
DIBPL, the personnel in the bank should not be overstressed with
workload, the work load is a destructive level. At that level of load the
employee losses all the comfort in their work and remain tense and
frustrated.
78. However, the depositor permits DIBPL to use or invest his
money in its Sharia compliant investments and is neither entitled
to investment profit nor does the account holder bear any risk
of loss.
