path by what makes you happy, then earning money will
come as a consequence.

that graduates become more integrate professionals.
53. Have college students mentor high school students to
help them know college live and orient them to choosing
a career path.
54. Have mandatory social skill subjects, learn how to do
daily tasks.
55. Have someone guide and evaluate your internship .
56. In pre-school have kids write down what they want to be
when the grow up and work on that over the years.
57. Have college evaluations look more alike to real job
performance evaluation.
58. Have companies incorporate students in their teams of
work to solve different projects, with the option to do their
internship after or even get a job.

› I think it is something easy to do, and has a
lot of benefits.

come back have a wider vision of doing

› This will help young professionals learn
different companies and ways of doing
things as well as different jobs in short
amount of time.
