PROBLEM STATEMENT
Ignacio, is a young, creative, with a strong will,
willing to advance the work, not afraid of the
changes of space. Need training for more
employment benefits, or to change jobs. So
progress in their work, and can start a family
with a secure job.
1. That Ignacio use their savings for training.
2. Ignacio work overtime to raise money and pay their training.
3. That Ignacio enroll in a training course.

Ideas proponed solution:
PARENTS
4. That parents take charge of their training.
PEOPLE
5. That friends pay their training.
6. That friends collections monetary resources for training.
7. May their solidarity with fellow employees a percentage of their
income.
8. Employees to make a strike demanding passive worker training.
9. That workers work overtime to fund their training.
10.Search firms among workers in support of job training.
11.Workers mobilizing to pressure the owners of the company and
demand the resignation of the governing body having no training.
12.To inform the university community their need for training.
13.Make collecting money on the street for training.
14.Ask companies in your neighborhood and sell in-kind donations to pay
for the training.
15.Making and distributing leaflets to the citizens of the district, reporting
on the status of gaps in training.
16.Making and putting up posters on the walls of the neighborhood,
denouncing the lack of training.
17.Ask for volunteers to carry out a campaign for job training.
18.Ask for support from neighbors, who donate money for training.
19.Ask for donations of money to entrepreneurs in the neighborhood.
20.Seek support from the international community collecting a dollar
foreign contribution for training.

The three ideas selected are:
1. "Those parents take charge of their training." It's a good idea to
run simple and quick, if Ignacio lacks resources, as parents always
seek the welfare of their children and are willing to support.
2. “That Ignacio enroll in a training course." It is the most obvious. It
is a standalone solution if you have financial resources. This idea is
complemented by selected above idea.
3. "That Ignacio use their savings for training." This idea is practical
and effective; it assumes its own responsibility in solving your
problem. It would serve to solicit community support to companies,
government authorities, among others. This idea is complemented
by the two previous ideas selected.
