4. INTRODUCTION
o It was organised by the Bengal Institute of Business Studies for the MBA (Finance ) 1st semester in
order to enhance their practical knowledge regarding the Mutual Fund industry.
o On 19/01/2023, we initiated our visit to the AMC at 10:00 am and reached 227 A.J.C Bose Road,
Anand Lok Building, Block-B, 1st floor, near Minto Park Kolkata-700020, West Bengal.
o We meet the Product Manager Mr Dinesh Kumar and the staff of the organization who gave a warm
welcome to the students.

Fund? • A mutual fund is an investment vehicle that pools money
from various investors and invests that money in different
investment options such as equities, debt, real estate, gold,
etc.

• ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is the 2nd largest Asset Management Company in India.
• It is one of the oldest and most profitable Mutual Funds houses.
• ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is an Indian asset management company founded in 1993 as a joint
venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential plc.
• ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's corporate headquarters are in the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai.
