The document proposes constructing a Fresh Market on the Taylor's University Lakeside campus to provide students easier access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Currently students must leave campus to purchase these items. The proposed site is located next to existing buildings and has easy access. Drawings show zone plans, layout, and circulation of the Fresh Market. Obtaining permits from the university and local authorities would be required to build, which involves submitting development plans for approvals. The Fresh Market would benefit students by improving their health and diet while saving time and money compared to leaving campus.

How to Build a Module in Odoo 17 Using the Scaffold MethodCeline George
Odoo provides an option for creating a module by using a single line command. By using this command the user can make a whole structure of a module. It is very easy for a beginner to make a module. There is no need to make each file manually. This slide will show how to create a module using the scaffold method.
This presentation was provided by Steph Pollock of The American Psychological Association’s Journals Program, and Damita Snow, of The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), for the initial session of NISO's 2024 Training Series "DEIA in the Scholarly Landscape." Session One: 'Setting Expectations: a DEIA Primer,' was held June 6, 2024.
The simplified electron and muon model, Oscillating Spacetime: The Foundation...RitikBhardwaj56
Discover the Simplified Electron and Muon Model: A New Wave-Based Approach to Understanding Particles delves into a groundbreaking theory that presents electrons and muons as rotating soliton waves within oscillating spacetime. Geared towards students, researchers, and science buffs, this book breaks down complex ideas into simple explanations. It covers topics such as electron waves, temporal dynamics, and the implications of this model on particle physics. With clear illustrations and easy-to-follow explanations, readers will gain a new outlook on the universe's fundamental nature.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

4. Introduction:
According to the brief, our aim was to select a site and propose the building. Each
group got different type of areas, as for us we got commercial buildings.
The objectives for that project is improve our understanding of the building team,
their organization, duties, interrelations; awareness professional responsibilities.
We have to demonstrate the understanding of coherent working relations between
various industry players, ability to document, explanation and illustration
structures of organization involved in the construction industry.
5. Summary of main issues:
In the Plaza of Taylor’s campus there is no place to buy fresh fruits and
vegetables
Students that live in U- Residence have to go outside campus to get fruits
and vegetables, which is not convinient in terms of time and payment for
transportation
There is some students who adhere to a special diet ( more fresh fruits and
vegetables) for health reasons or other reasons, also students – vegetarians
are not able to acquire necessary products in easy way.
Also it is not convinient for students in terms of safety. Since a campus is
under security in 24 hours a day it is much better to provide all the amenities
for a comfortable staying in U-Residence.
Solution: Construction of the Fresh Market within Taylor’s University Lakeside
Campus.
6. Benefits for community:
1. Construction of the commercial area such as Fresh Market provides new
jobs for builders and for staff.
Benefits for students :
1. Students will allowed to buy some fresh vegetables and fruits that do not
have to prepared (Since there is rule about banning cooking inside of the U-
Residence apartments)

also students - vegetarians will appreciate the convenience of buying fruits
and vegetables in the fresh market.

assimilation of information received at the lectures.
7. Where the Fresh Market can be constructed?
There are some photos from the site that was chosen to construct commercial area
such as Fresh Market.
8. Site analysis:
The location of the site: Jalan Taylors, Subang Jaya, 47500 Subang Jaya,
Selangor, Malaysia. This particular site is located beside Coda Gallary and
carriageway.
Site plan:
9. Site analysis plan ( Includes sun path, north point)
Type of cover: Concreate
Topography: Flat
Other conditions: There is some concreate object to be demolished
10. Access to the site:
car parking
pedestrian walkway
Temporary parking infront of the Satrbucks
Average temperature in Subang Jaya:
Benefits of site:

construction of the Fresh Market will be fully fit in terms of compatibility of
buildings around
Tha location of the site is close to U-Residense
Easy way to access (car parking, walkway, temporary parking infront of the
Satrbucks)
14. How to get a permitt to build Fresh Market within Taylor’s
University Lakeside?
1. To get a permision from Taylor’s University Lakeside authority

15. The Conclusion:
While doing the report we found out a lot of interesting and important things
about construction industry, commercial buildings, which rooms have to be there,
planning and layout. Also, during writing the report we have consolidated our
knowledges about building planning and responsibilities of certain individuals in
the construction industry.
