o Create And Prepare Cost System For The Factory
o Calculate the Overhead Rate And its allocation on finished
products
o Calculate the Labor Rate And its allocation on finished products
o From Mar-2010 Till Mar-2013 work in NPF (National Plastic
Factory) my duties are
o Monitor the raw material consumption and measure the variance
between actual raw consumption and standard consumptions
o Track the variance between actual and standard consumptions
and define the root cause problem for the variance and report it to
operation director and follow up the solution execution till closure
o Track the repetitive reason for variance between standard and
actual raw material consumption and
o Provide weekly report like
o Total value of consumption
o Total value of variance
o Total value of lost opportunities ( unused capacity)
o Monitor the minimum and maximum stock from finished goods
and raw materials
o Periodical physical count
o Track shipment between main warehouses and branches
o Tack stock level and maintain it minimum to be the minimum
level
