This document provides an overview of the IBM Storage Insights GUI. The GUI allows users to view inventory, performance metrics, call home events, tickets, and more for IBM storage devices in one place. It displays the three most recent error/warning events and allows users to acknowledge or flip cards to resume monitoring. The event feed shows detected risks, best practice violations, upgrade recommendations, and warranty expirations. Users can click individual cards to view more details on capacity, performance, and event history for each device. The GUI also provides access to view and update tickets, adding log packages without manual collection. It aims to streamline the support process by pre-filling boilerplate information when new support cases are created.
