their website a little more navigating to the
viewer as there were a lot of tabs that
contained topics within topics.

from appealing to general and
professional individuals.
• Another approach that IBM can take
towards innovating their digital
marketing strategy is to use the
platform Pinterest to provide a
marketable approach because
visual media can be appealing to
people
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
• Different strategies, techniques,
and tactics increase the number of
visitors to a website by obtaining
high ranking placement in search
results.
• IBM does a great job in their Search
Engine Optimization because its
website devotes itself towards
topics that are effectively and easily
searchable to most users
ONLINE ADVERTISING
• IBM fulfills the idea of online
advertising because the brand
appeals to a general audience
through showing short videos of
individuals using science and
engineering for Star Wars related
concepts
• Additionally, IBM has its own
YouTube channel, which consists
of videos on how they are helping
with humanitarian causes

• IBM has taken a strategic approach for expanding its
technology to a diverse audience

• A suggestion to improve IBM’s content marketing is to give users the
