The program offers $100 gift cards or charitable contributions for referrals that result in sign-ups and proposals. Brokers receive the reward for referring other brokers to IAA's Broker Smart program. Clients receive the reward for referring other clients who have face-to-face meetings and receive proposals from IAA.
