SET UP YOUR PROGRAM
After signing up, log in and click Rewards Program from the Marketing menu. Then, click Create New Program.

Ex: Go Gelato Rewards
The program name will display on the reward programs list
page in the marketing section.
PROGRAM BELONGS TO
Select a client that the program is under, this will determine
the URL and mobile site that will be used alongside this program.
SMS LONG CODE
Assign an SMS long code to this program to send text
messages to subscribers of the program.
If you don’t have any available SMS long codes, please provide your preferred
area code for a new one. Each program purchase includes one new SMS long code.
NOTE Once an SMS code is assigned, it cannot be changed or moved.

SITE MENU BAR & FOOTER
The site menu header and footer will display on all pages in
the reward program giving subscribers an easy way to navigate
available mobile pages from the rewards page.
COUNTRY
This is the country where the program will be primarily used.
LOCATION
Require the user to share their location in order to request an
ePunch or redeem a reward. The request will only be sent if the
user is within one mile of a participating location.
SIGN UP CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE
This message will be sent to the subscriber immediately after their
account is created.

Merchants are the locations where subscribers can use and
validate rewards. Each program can have up to five merchant
locations per license.
MERCHANT LOG IN
This username and password is unique to the merchant and
gives them access to their validation page to confirm or
decline subscriber requests.
CONFIRM ePUNCHES
ePunches are sent by customers to authenticate transactions.
Merchants confirm incoming ePunch requests when the
subscriber has met the ePunch requirements.

DECLINE ePUNCHES
If customer doesn’t qualify for validation, merchants
can decline the requests to remove it from the
validation page.
REWARD REDEEM
Subscribers redeem rewards similar to making ePunch
requests. Merchants can confirm or decline reward
redemptions based on the requirements.

TITLE
The title will display as the lead text on the loyalty card. A
title is not needed and will not be displayed for rewards that
don’t require ePunches.
REWARD NAME
The reward name describes the earned or existing reward
that’s available for redemption.
DESCRIPTION
The description is displayed under the title and reward name.
This text will appear on both loyalty cards and rewards usually
stating the requirements of the reward.
ePUNCHES
ePunches are the number of transactions required to earn
a reward. If the number is set at zero the offer will only
display in the rewards section of the subscriber’s account.
The progress bar on the subscriber’s home page will display
the total confirmed punches they have received.

EXPIRATION DATE
This is the date where the reward will no longer be
available for redemption.
REWARD AVAILABILITY
This is the frequency of how often the reward can be
redeemed before it expires.
REWARD IMAGE
Upload an image that will display on the reward. Use the
crop window to highlight the area of the image you want to
display on the reward. Each reward can have one image,
but is not mandatory for use.

SEND BULK MESSAGE
This tool allows you to send SMS messages to your
subscriber list alerting them of new offers and incentives
to keep participating.

These are the main links for your program. That includes
the homepage, the create account and validation page.
LOYALTY CARD & REWARD DETAILS
Each reward on the list clicks through to the edit reward
page where changes can be made. Each reward lists the
total number of ePunches and redemptions for that reward.

These links bring you back to the reward program settings

This is the detailed list of subscribers for your reward
program, they can be sorted by total number of ePunches
and newest subscribers. This is the list that bulk SMS
messages will be sent to.
EXPORT SUBSCRIBER DATA
Download subscriber data to a CSV file, which can be
uploaded to an existing CRM platform.
SELECT PROGRAM
The reward programs that are in your account.
SUBSCRIBER ePUNCHES
This is the total number of ePunches for each subscriber
in your program.
