will power. Will power is determination.
It is our capacity not to give up easily when we
are met with challenges.

6. For example, when you try to learn how to
ride a bike and you lose your balance at the
start or you fall and get a scratch, you will
not easily give up if you are really
determined to learn how to ride a bicycle.

7. To give up without exerting
your best efforts at achieving
your goals is like accepting
defeat in a game that you
never played.
The dreams we shall reach
depend on the goals we set
for ourselves and the degree
to which we are willing to
exert effort in order to realize
such goals.

8. We are constantly moving
forward and hopefully becoming
better than who we are now
because that is the way to grow.
If we know where we are going,
we shall most likely get there.
Our goals will give us meaning,
direction, and reason for what
we are doing.
