This document discusses keys to creating success. It states that individual resolve is more important than any other factor in achieving success. Success requires hard work, dedication, and determination in pursuing one's goals without giving up. Fear of failure can obstruct success, so one must overcome that fear and focus on their strengths and passions. While failure is inevitable, many successful people faced failures but learned from them; one should not define themselves by failures but instead learn from them. Ultimately, achieving success requires continually working towards one's dreams despite obstacles, and maintaining success once achieved.

Have you never asked yourself: "How to be successful ?"
The answer seems to be quite difficult, but here are thoughts of Sam Altman, the chairman of Y Combinator.
A quick read:
Compound yourself, Have almost too much self-belief, Learn to think independently, Get good at “sales”, Make it easy to take risks, Focus, Work hard, Be bold, Be willful, Be hard to compete with, Build a network, You get rich by owning things, Be internally driven...
However, don't forget that "everything here is easier to do once you’ve already reached a baseline degree of success (through privilege or effort) and want to put in the work to turn that into outlier success".
Here is a great share for founders, investors, and people who want to achieve outlier success.

Jordan Belfort, the American stock broker whose story inspired Martin Scorsese`s movie The Wolf of Wall Street, will come for the first time to Romania in November to share his sales methods in a conference organized by Extreme Training.
Belfort will present his sales system, Straight Line Persuasion, which helped him set up a brokerage firm with 1,000 employees and make USD 1 million a week for himself in the 90s.
Belfort came into public attention as a “bad guy” after he was prosecuted for securities fraud and money laundering in one of the largest stock market scandals on Wall Street in the 90s. He served 22 months in prison for a pump and dump stock selling scheme which cost his clients approximately USD 200 million in losses.
His rise to success and his extravagant lifestyle were portrayed in The Wolf of Wall Street movie (trailer below), in which Leonardo diCaprio plays Jordan Belfort . However, Belfort is now a changed man and uses his skills as a public speaker and trainer, teaching others how to sell more, how to get more from their life, and how to do this in an ethical way.

How to be successful - eBook brought to you by VisualDNA
We’re often taught that success defines us. As children we're weaned onto the notion that our self-worth is dependent on how successful we are. When we do something successfully our whole person is given a global rating: ‘good boy,’ we’re told when we answer a question right; ‘good girl’, they say when we pet the long-suffering cat more gently. It’s no surprise, then, that you’re here trying to find out how to be a “success”, but before we go any further, it's worth reassessing what that means.
Summary:
Don't be “a success”, do successful things
Forget the winning formula
Clarify your values
Actualise
Don't wait for inspiration
Take action
Do things. Tell people.
Take responsibility.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

Creating success
1. Creating success
When we are speaking about success, always remember what Abraham Lincoln has said,
"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other."
So, nobody can define what success is as everyone's idea of it is right. Success is not a gift
that can be given to us; it starts with a path that we create and walk until we reach what we
want. In fact, everyone has his own way for creating their glory, but here are the basics that
will lead you to your resolution to succeed.
In order to succeed, you have to pay the price of hard work, dedication, and determination.
All of us know that seeking for perfection whether in grades or work is difficult and
impossible. But only the ones who know what they will get back, know how to do it. In other
words, create a way for doing your tasks without falling behind. You don’t have to make
them perfect, just try making them excellent or good at least. To add, you shouldn’t stop
while you are walking because you never know what change that "stop" may bring. Even
though commitment and determination are difficult, they will surely lift you where you want.
Indeed, you should strive to reach for success and every day you wake up to work hard is
another drop in the ocean of the bright future.
"Your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure;" it is common that fear of
failure is an obstacle between you and your life. So you have to overcome that fear to walk
the path that you have created. For instance, when you over think about how math is difficult,
you will not do your best because your subconscious is convinced that math is difficult. The
point from this example is not to persuade you that math is easy, yet to tell you not to obsess
about math itself. Think about how good you are in arts, sports, and history. In brief, don't let
the fear of failure stops you from moving and see clearly what you are good in and what your
passion is because it's easier to succeed when you love what you do.
On the other hand, there are hard working people who failed and stopped trying; nobody
became successful without falling. Think of Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, and Bill Gates; they
have all failed and been underestimated, but if they stopped after their failures, we won't be
carrying iPhones, nor writing these words on Microsoft Words and there will be no
fascinating Disney movies. All in all, don’t remember anything from your mistakes except the
lessons that they taught you and don’t let your failures define, but your success.
To sum up, wake up to make your dreams come true and keep walking and working until you
reach there and when you do so, maintain your success. Moreover, fear of failure and failure
itself should not have any effect on your intentions. You must go beyond any impediment that
tries to restrain you. Considerably, faith comes before everything. If you believe you can then
you're halfway there.
