control system. It is made to control heating and cooling devices.
● It adjusts temperature, quality, and movement of air to your heating system. A well-

● The thermostat is the one that controls the HVAC system. It assigns cool or hot
temperature settings to the heater.

Last is the room controls.
● It contains zone temperature devices, terminal reheat, exhauster, unit ventilators, air
volume scheme, and coil units of the fan.
● These controls have two types; The Direct Acting and Electronic System.
● The direct acting is the simpler form containing a sensor which conveys power to a
regulator through capillaries, diaphragms and bellows. It is easy to use because the
system originates energy from a controlled process without any extra sources. Even
if these types have less power and other sorts of disadvantages, it is still useful since
it has cheaper emitter control.
● Electronic System is more common. Widely used at homes and buildings because of
its low voltage controls. It also diminishes fire risks related to line voltages. You can
also install it easily even with the absence of a technician. On the other hand, it is
only restricted to perform only two controls; the ON and OFF.
