3)Tango Session
• Informal session with senior employees
• Googly Session with all the departmental head and bank mangers

1)Inter Departmental & Intra Banking associations with employees
2) Strengthening the ties between employees working at different branches
3) Introducing our bank employees/new recruits with new recruits of
other branches of our bank

1) Simulation Models
• Clearing House rules and regulations
• Tallying Cash &banking transactions that happened throughout the
day

5. DAY 4

1) Introducing employees to bank’s working system
• Software Handling
• Online Banking system
• Handling ATM transfers/network

1) Formal Q&A and problem solving round with seniors
2) Get Together(informal) of all the new recruits & senior employees of all
the branches(inclusive of dance, music, meditation, fun and amiable
environment)
Call of for the day with assigning permanent formal duties to the new
