A brief study of HR failure during the recruiting process at CITPR

1. HR DIRECTOR (CITPR) – Mr. D. GANESH
• Mr. Ganesh should have taken initiative
and tried to influence Mr. Swami to
postpone the recruitment process till they
were assured of the demand.
• When it was known that they have lost the
deal, Mr. Ganesh could have immediately
communicate it to the college so that the
career of the students would not have
affected much.

2. Director of TTC College of Engineering- Prof.
Parag Thakur
• When Prof. Thakur found out about delay in the delivery of offer
letters from CITPR he first chided Mr. Sampat for not bringing this
to his attention earlier and for not allowing the students to sit for
futher placement interviews, putting their future in jeopardy.
• He also took this issue up with Mr. Bapna and asked for a swift
resolution of this issue.
