This document provides tips for learning English outside the classroom, including using grammar and vocabulary books at home, reading books and materials in English, listening to English radio and music, watching English films and television with subtitles, studying English online, watching the news in English, and discussing learning techniques with a partner. It emphasizes that the individual learner decides how and what they study on their own. Additional suggestions are given for remembering new vocabulary words through repetition, translation, drawing pictures, using opposites and synonyms, creating sentences, recording words, and categorizing words.
