Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

11. Headlight operation
When the combination switch handle is located on the middle position,
the key switch on the gear level 3 and the light switch on the gear level 2, the
front low beam or high beam turns on, where the combination switch handle
is lifted up to 4 degrees, the high/low beams turn on, which may be used as
flash signal while overtaking or passing each other; when the switch handle
continues to be lifted up to 10 degrees, it will act on light change; the high
beam becomes the low beam or verse versa. It will reset once released.

14. Operation of front fog lamp
The light switch is to be opened on the gear level 1
To turn on the front fog lamp, presses down the front fog lamp switch. At the
meantime, the front fog lamp indicator on the instrument panel turns on.
Operation of rear fog lamp
The light switch is to be opened on the gear level 2,or by turning on the front fog
lamp.
To turn on the rear fog lamp, presses down the rear fog lamp switch. At the
meantime, the rear fog lamp indicator on the instrument panel turns on.

Presses down the right sided switch on the interior guiding light.

Puts the switch of the interior guiding light on middle position.

1.Press the button to the end according to the arrow direction for a short duration
（not more than 1 second）washing equipment will spay cleaning liquid for one time
and wipe the windscreen for a circle.
2. Press the button to the end according to the arrow direction for a long duration
（ more than 1 second）， washing equipment will spay cleaning liquid for three
times and wipe the windscreen for three circles.
3.Keep pressing the button ，the washing equipment and the wiper will keep
working.
27. The truck is equipped with the electric horn and electrically controlled air
horn,both are inverted by the horn inverter.
The horn button is on the steering wheel. If the electrically controlled air
hor is applied, you need to press down the horn switch (rocker switch),
then press down the horn button on the steering wheel.

1. Description of schematic diagram
The schematic diagram for complete vehicle electrical devices is very
important to facilitate the maintenance work. Especially for difficult issues,
the serviceman need circuit diagram to target the cause of malfunction and
then find the solution based on actual condition. Therefore, the first class for
repair is to familiarize the schematic diagram of complete vehicle electrical
devices.
The circuit of complete vehicle adopts single wire system (08 version chassis
electrical devices employ double wire system) to control the positive pole, its
nominal voltage is 24V, and the wire color is denoted by capitalized English
letter, and the corresponding relation between letter and color is described as
below:
