Learn how a community initiative called OpenDataVote resulted in city government publishing open data. We gathered nonprofit data set nominations and asked the public to vote. Then city government coordinated internally and with nonprofits to release data to benefit nonprofit analysis, programming, planning, and advocacy efforts.
