This document outlines the steps to transfer customer service data from Intercom to Re:amaze using an automated online migration service. The 5 steps are: 1) Set up an account, 2) Connect the Intercom and Re:amaze accounts, 3) Configure the migration by selecting which data to transfer, 4) Run a demo migration to preview the results, and 5) Launch the full data migration by selecting a support plan and starting the migration process. No coding or technical skills are required to use this service to easily import help desk data from one platform to another.
