11. 1. We have No Contract to sign or be locked into. We
maintain our partnerships by continuing to provide great
web-based software and service.
2. Your fees are guaranteed to remain the same for three
years regardless of membership size. In return we ask
that you give us a three-month notice if you want to
discontinue our service. After year three, the price could
increase (market conditions) but a loyalty discount will
be applied.
3. All data is yours. We will not share your data with third
parties without your explicit permission.
4. Software fees can be paid annually or monthly and
switched at any time. To keep your costs low, we bill via
credit card or automatic bank draft. If you need a
monthly invoice, there is an extra $10 per month fee for
U.S. Associations. International Associations must pay
by credit card or automatic bank draft.
5. No Risk. Give us a chance to prove the value of our
services by using our product, training and support for at
least six months. If we aren’t cutting it we refund 100%
of what you paid to us within the first year.
6. We bill setup fees upon sign-up. Moving to our benefit-
rich platform starts once we receive payment.
7. The proposal pricing does not reflect any sales tax that
may apply based on your location.
8. All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and due on the invoice
