2. Step 1
• The first step is taking the tripod out of the bag,We started to zip the bag
open from the top to bottom. After the bag is fully unzipped we took the
tripod out and placed the tripod with the feet touching the floor.This
shows that the tripod is being removed in the correct way to avoid
damage.
3. Step 2
• After we have taken the tripod out we begin to open the legs one by one.
This is so it stands up without problem.To keep the tripod stable we held
it by the top to ensure no damage is done to any components on or
around the tripod.To ensure it was secure we pressed on the middle of
the tripod to ensure it was flat.
4. Step 3
• Next we unclipped the three clips on each individual leg so thaty we could
then adjust the height of the tripod to make it eye level, for an interview
for example.We also adjusted the middle to ensure it wasn’t wonky and
that it was straight and when the camera was fixed it wouldn’t be shaky or
out of place.The tilting pole was also tightened to ensure that it could
move well when filming without shakiness or unstableness.
5. Step 4
• When attaching the camera to the tripod we pressed the red button on the
side of the tripod so that the middle part could be taken off , thus allowing
us to screw the camera on. Making sure the camera was tightly secure we
slid it back onto the top of the tripod, mounting it and released the red
button.We then tightened the screw on the side to ensure the camera
didn’t slip off during filming.
6. Step 5
• After securing the camera onto the tripod we checked the spirit level to
ensure that the camera was level and was not tilted so that shots were out
of angle.The spirit level enabled us to determine if we were on flat ground
or not.
7. Step 6
• This is our tripod setup correctly, correct height and with stable level after
checking the spirit level.This is our finished product.
