Job Search Agents allow you to set up automatic search agents that will look for new jobs that match your criteria.

2. JOB SEARCH AGENTS (Job Alerts)
• Job Search Agents allow you to set up automatic search agents
that will look for new jobs that match your criteria.
• When a new job is posted that matches your criteria, you will
be automatically notified by email.
• You can store up to five different Job Search Agents at any one
time.

3. CREATING A JOB SEARCH AGENT:

4. Start by registering an account on TalentFlow so you are able to apply to available
job opportunities and receive job notifications for new positions through the Job
Search Agent function.

5. Once you have registered and created your applicant profile,
log in to your TalentFlow Job Seeker Desktop.

6. From your Job Seeker Desktop, click the 'Job Search Agents' link.

7. Complete the information fields as they apply to your job search criteria:
• Assign the Job Search Agent a Name. This name will not affect the search in TalentFlow.
• You can choose to have the Job Search Agent search TalentFlow using the Job Title OR by using
a key word search.
• The more you customize your keyword search the more specific/ narrow your job alerts will
be.
• Complete the remaining information fields. These are optional and NOT required in order to
save your agent.

8. By clicking the question marks (?), you can learn more about search options.

9. • When selecting salary range, either fill out BOTH yearly and hourly pay or neither. This
is NOT a required field and can limit your results based on how it is completed.
• When you have completed all of the applicable fields, click the "Save Search Agent"
button.

10. • Once you have clicked "Save Search Agent," you will be brought back
to the Job Search Agent page.
• Here you can view and edit existing Job Search Agents by clicking on
the "Agent Title" hyperlink for each Job Agent you have created.
• You can also view jobs that match your search criteria from the same
page by clicking the "View" hyperlink besides the Job Search Agent you
want to look at.
• Ensure that your email parameters are set to accept job alert
notifications from “Brainhunter" to ensure these alerts are not missed
by going to your Junk/ Spam email folders.
