To register on the Careesma job search site: 1. Click "Register CV" and provide your email and password. 2. Select up to 5 job categories and provinces for job alerts. 3. Agree to the Terms of Use and click "Sign up". 4. Create your CV using the template and filling in required fields marked with a red star. 5. Customize your profile visibility and upload supporting documents like a resume. 6. Add details about your education and work experience. 7. Upload a professional passport-style photo for applications.

1. Registration Step by Step
To create an account as a job searcher on Careesma.at, first click on “Register CV”.
Please put in your email and select your password.

2. Please select up to 5 job categories, in which you would like to work. For these
categories you will receive current jobs per email („Jobs per Mail“).
Further you can choose the provinces, which are interesting for your job search. Attention:
This is also necessary for the function „Jobs per Mail“ to filter for you suitable jobs.

3. Please tick the little box to agree with the Terms of Use and confirm your data
then with a tick on the “Sign up” button.
You get now to your personal account. Create here your CV with the mask. First, fill in the
fields which are marked with a red star. The more data you give, the clearer and more
detailled will be your profile on Careesma.

4. Choose your nationality.
Choose the country or the countries for which you have a work permit.

5. If you have a driving licence please state this down on the right. We recommend
you to save your CV under your name. Please put in your name under CV Name and click on
„Save“ afterwards.
Congratulations, you have completed your personal data.

6. Now the visibility options can be modified. In general, your profile is not visible
to companies. In need of change, please put in another level. To upload your CV as a PDF,
please click on „Browse“ and choose your CV. To confirm, please click on „Save“.
You can additionally add a standard CV or expand your personal data. For this, choose first of
all you education and confirm you data with „Add“.

7. As for your education, you can also give details to your work experience.
Confirm your particular data again with „Add“.
Have you special skills, so it is recommendable to state these. After that please confirm with
“Save & Close”.

8. We have reached the last step. You can add additional information (e.g. courses,
memberships etc.) if you like. Otherwise go straight on the button “Save & Close”.
To complete your profile, we recommend to upload a picture in the format of a passport
photo. For this, please click on “Edit” on the left side under your name.

9. Here you can upload your photo under „Upload Photo“.
The photo should be an application photo, as the companies can see this one as soon as you
apply for a job. That is why the photo should be:
- no holiday or party photo.
- Professional and if possible show only the part of a passport photo.
Please take care that it has approximately the following dimensions:
- Height: 45mm
- Width: 35mm
or at least the before stated proportions 4x3.

10. Your profile should look like this now. Congratulations to your registration and a
good luck for your job search!
