Overview<br />Jobvite is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) we use at Personified to track, source, screen and submit candidates.<br />This system is an innovative social recruitment product which includes a recruiting CRM, social recruiting software, and provides a complete hiring solution.<br />These slides will provide you with a brief overview of some of the basic functions and resources available through Jobvite.<br />
  3. 3. Getting Started<br />Create a new password. Make sure to remember it, you will use this every time you log in.<br />Type in new password and hit login.<br /><ul><li>Email from your Sourcing and Solutions Manager welcoming you to Jobvite is found in your Outlook Inbox</li></li></ul><li>Jobvite Application<br />Be sure to make it visible on your profile<br />You have the option to connect Jobvite with your business professional Facebook profile to share jobs with connections.<br />Connect with your Facebook to create Jobvites<br />Add it to your Facebook so connections can see available jobs and apply<br />

Starred fields are required</li></li></ul><li>Getting a Job Link for Postings<br />Under Link Type, always be sure to select “Text” Link.<br />Select the page you would like the applicant to view:<br />Job Description Page – Overview of job description and requirement.<br />Apply for Job Page – This will take the applicant directly to the portal to upload their resume without any information on the job.<br />Main Career Page – Use this option if there are multiple positions available for one company that you would like an applicant to see.<br />The dropdown box contains a list of approved sources that you may use for posting job links.<br />If your source is not on this list you will need to contact your manager and discuss your need for that specific source.<br />Once you have selected the appropriate source you can click on the “Get Link” button and a URL will be generated for you to use. <br />Click For a Video Tutorial<br />Hit ‘Esc’ To Exit<br />
  7. 7. Campaigns<br />In Jobvite, a campaign is a collection of candidates sourced for a requisition. This collection of candidates can be sent “Jobvites.” Campaign metrics such as open rates and applications are tracked on the Dashboard. <br />

  10. 10. Screening Candidates<br />Click to get to all open requisitions<br />Click for a dropdown of clients. Click on your client<br />Click on number of candidates to access candidate resumes<br />
  11. 11. Candidate Resumes<br />Sort by candidate status<br />Search by keyword or phrase<br />
  12. 12. Searching Candidate Resumes for Keywords<br />Open up the requisition and select the status you would like. (All, Visual Screen Accepted, Phone Screen Rejected, etc.)<br />Enter your keywords or boolean string to search through the candidates resumes.<br />Jobvite will then only show you candidates that have the keywords in their resume and will rank them based on relevancy. <br />When looking at individual resumes, the keywords will be highlighted in yellow for you.<br />
