- Hi, my name is Denine Kysar. I am the Facility Use Coordinator for Douglas County Schools in Co. We are one of the largest and fastest growing counties in Colorado with 56,319 students at 9 high schools, 8 middle schools and 48 elementary schools located over 900 square miles just south of metropolitan Denver. When I began with the school District in 1998 we had 29,757 students attending 5 high schools, 4 middle schools and 31 elementary schools. (over 50% increase in students, over 60% increase in schools) Today we’ll be discussing change and how to make it work for you.
