2. Ingredients
~ 1 egg
~ 1 cup milk
~ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
~ 1 cup flour
~ 1 tbsp sugar
~ 3 tsp baking powder
~ ½ tsp salt

3. Process



Step 1: Whisk
together the
egg, milk, and oil in a
small bowl.
Step 2: Blend dry
ingredients together
separately.
Step 3: Combine all
ingredients, as in
picture to the right.
(Batter will be slightly
lumpy)

pan and lightly
grease with
cooking oil.
~Step 5: Use a ¼
cup and carefully
measure out
batter onto pan.

Step 6: Wait for bubbles to show on top of
pancake, then flip pancake over. Pancake should
look slightly browned when turned over.

sides of pancake
are puffed up.
Remove from pan
and prepare for
serving. Add your
favorite toppings.
