* 1 large Sandwich Bread
* 1 Cup Butter
* 1 Cup grated Cheese
* 1 Carrot
* 1 Beet
* 2 tsp. Pepper
* 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
* Salt

For the chutney,
* Handful of Coriander Leaves
* Handful of Mint Leaves
* 1 Small Onion
* 05.inch piece Ginger
* 2 Green Chilies
* 1/2 tsp.gram Masala Powder
* Salt

* Grate the Carrot, Beet and Cheese.
(Do not mix)

5. *Beat the Butter with the Pepper and some
of the Salt and divide into 4 portions.

the Chutney ingredients to a smooth paste
and add the Lemon Juice and set aside.

one portion each of seasoned Butter
with Grated Carrot, Grated Beet and
Ground Chutney. Keep each of these
separate.
*Cut the Bread into very thin slices

8. *Take 4 slices at a time,
*Spread
the Butter Chutney on the
first slice and Sprinkle some Cheese.
*On
the second slice, spread the
Butter Beet mixture.
*On
the third slice, spread the Butter
Carrot mixture.
*On
the fourth slice, Sprinkle the
Cheese.
*Form
Sandwiches with the 4 layers

the crusts and then cut the
layered sandwiches into 3 portions and
arrange in rows on a plate.
