To view and generate reports in OfficeTimer, one must first log in to their account at https://www.officetimer.com/ using administrator credentials. Once logged in, the My Reports tab displays a list of available report types, including a detailed timesheet report. Generating this report involves selecting a date range and any filters for projects or employees. The selected records for the chosen date range will then be displayed.

1. How to View /Generate the Reports in
OfficeTimer.

2. 1. Navigate to the Main page of OfficeTimer with the URL https://www.officetimer.com/
2. Click on the Login button.
3. Login to the OfficeTimer with the Administrator credentials.

3. 1. Upon successful login navigate to OfficeTimer My Reports tab.
2. Click on the My Reports tab.

4. 1. The Report List will be Displayed.
2. Scroll down you can see the List of Report Type.

5. 1. Click on Detail Timesheet Report to Generate the Timesheet Reports.

6. 2. Click on Detail Timesheet Report will displays you the Report Page, where you can
generate the Timesheet Report by selecting the range of Dates (Start/End) and also by
Filtering by Projects, Employee Name for your purpose.

7. 3. Select Data Range from Which Data to End data of Records you are Generating and
click on Show. So that The Records of Employee Timesheet will be displayed for
selected respective date range.
