2. 1. Navigate to the Main page of officetimer with the URL https://www.officetimer.com/
2. Click on the Login button.
3. The link is redirected to the following Login screen with the URL https://prod.officetimer.com/.
4. Login to the OfficeTimer with the Administrator credentials.
3. 1. Upon successful login Click on the Admin Options tab.
2. Go to Approvals under Timesheet Setup.
5. 1. The following Approval Type screen is displayed.
2. Enter the Approval Type Name, Select the Approver Type as Specific External User, Select the
External User from the list. And Click on Add button.
3. Note : Check/Select Is Time Off Approval To make the External user as the Time Off Approver.
6. The following Approval Type screen is displayed with the list of all the Approval
Types along with the newly added External user - Approver.
7. 1. Now go to Projects Edit page and Select External user Approver type
created(External User – Approver) from Timesheet Approval type and Expense
Approval Type Field Dropdown.
2. Click on Update.

8. 1. Now to Make the External user as Time Off Approver for the Employee, Go to
Employee edit page and select the External user Time Off Approver type created as
Time Off Approval Type. And
2. Click on Update.
