increased.
So in sales, your goals have to be realistic, achievable, and
forecasted.
You have to find your #1 competitor and find ways to show
your product is better.
8. Your sales training staff and co-workers should be your friends and
not your enemies.
Everyone should work toward the same goal of building the
company brand and working with each other to make the sale.
As a disciplined group you must strategize on ways to double or
triple team to make a great presentation and make your sales goals.
Even if you are in a isolated territory, you should feel like a part of
the team and a win should be a win for all.
Share ways to close sales, so that the company wins and not just you.
