6. • 1 kg flour
• 3 tea spoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 pint milk
• 3 eggs
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted

7. First, sift together the flour, baking
powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

8. Next, make a well in the center and pour
in the milk, egg and melted butter.

9. Now mix using a whisk until batter becomes
smooth.

10. While mixing, heat a lightly oiled
griddle or frying pan.

11. Then pour or scoop the batter
onto the griddle

12. Afterwards, cook for about two minutes
or until the pancake is golden.

13. Before long the pancakes will
brown on both sides.
