This document provides rules for helping a family cross a bridge at night with a fire lamp that lasts only 30 seconds. Only 1-2 people can cross the bridge at a time, and pairs must walk at the pace of the slower person. Each family member crosses at a different speed of either 1, 3, 6, 8, or 12 seconds.
