2. FORCE OF AIRPLANES
• Airplanes engines have molecules which are constantly moving.
They make air pressure is created by the molecules moving
around. Airplane wings are shaped to make air move faster
over and over on the top of the wing then the bottom of the
wing. The difference is pressure creates a force on the wing
that lifts the wing up in the air which makes the plane fly.
3. LAWS OF MOTION
• If an object is not moving by itself. If an object is moving. It will
not stop or change direction unless something pushes it.
• Objects will move faster and faster when they are pushed
harder.
• When an object is pushed in one direction. There in always a
resistance of the same size in the opposite direction
4. CONTROLLING THE FLIGHT OF A PLANE
• How does a plane fly? If we place one wing down and one wing
up we can use the roll to change direction of the plane. To roll
a plane to the right on the left ailerons are raised on one wing
and the other they are lowered
5. CONTROLS OF A PLANE
• A pitch on a plane is to make the plane go up and down.
• A yaw on a plane makes the plane go left to right.
• A yoke in a cockpit in the plane gets the pilot control it to go
left to right and up and down.

8. CONCLUSION
• so now you know how airplanes fly and the top ten biggest
planes in the world and now maybe you could do some
research and you could find out how airplanes fly a little if you
liked this power point
