I prefer to stay in a cottage because it is quiet and comfortable. While hotels are luxurious, I find cottages to be a more relaxing environment for a holiday. Cottages allow you to experience the countryside and feel closer to nature, which I enjoy. Hostels and campsites are less expensive options, but I prefer the privacy and amenities of a cottage.
