 If possible avoid wearing jewellery or loose clothing on duty.
 Co-operate with other staff members
 Do not misuse anything that has been provided for your
health, safety and welfare
 Follow dress code
 Respect seniors
 Report any injuries and illness you suffer to your
respective department
 Make sure that all the material and equipment's are
handled, stored and used safely.
 Check that work equipment is provided to you is
properly used and regularly maintained.
 Keep workplace clean.

 To perform inventory checking
 To properly perform handling and taking over of patients
and their duties.
 To assess nursing needs and make plans to meet the
nursing needs of the patients.
 To attend doctor round
 To implement infection control policies and hospital
policies.
 To indent and return of medication
 To complete all documentation
 To carry medical order
 Any medical event to be report time to time.
 To help to check stock of buffer stock.
