2. WHO WE ARE:
We provide state of the art purchasing services to the Hotelier.
No two projects are alike so Hospitality Purchasing Consultants, will work with
the client to addresses his objectives, scope, guidelines, and priorities for the
project, providing a preliminary budget based on schematic floor plans and
other design documents, to guarantee project success.
Throughout our experience in high end hotel projects, we have developed
strong commercial relationships with an important selection of vendors and
suppliers, ensuring that budgets and designs are managed and executed
effectively, providing an essential and unique perspective of both quality and
price.

3. WHAT WE DO:
Our office will issue purchase orders to all necessary vendors to
implement the total purchasing of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment
at the most convenient prices and complying with the initial budget.
We will cooperate and work closely with the owner in coordinating the
progress schedule. This will enable us to determine mutually acceptable
dates and times for delivery, installation, and inspection of the work.
Our office will provide complete tracking of all merchandise throughout
the purchasing phase. Additionally we can provide traffic management,
as well as a freight consolidation. This will ensure that merchandise
flows in a prompt, timely, and cost efficient manner.

Katy has a Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma de Morelos.
20 years experience as Project Coordinator, including interior design,
purchases and logistics in hospitality projects and high end residences.
