This listing includes installation, freight and warehousing costs (if applicable). Five year capital plan for furnishings, operating supplies, kitchen and laundry. We can include pictorial references of furniture and equipment. Vertical Room Charts and furnishing matrixes, recommendations, and organization of reusable furnishings. A written scope of work for renovations is included. Provide advisory services for all aspects of the Kitchen and in-house Laundry including selection of designers, value engineering, bid process for both equipment and installation. Assist with determining IT requirements and presenting options available. Provide qualified design teams, architecture teams, and construction companies Provide inventory listings with par level evaluations. Full specification writing services including alternative vendors.
