Vision Pacific Group Ltd. is a one-stop interior solutions company founded by Mr. Prakash Khemlani, with a team of 23 professionals and indirect employment of 250 skilled workers across China, India, and Australia. The company specializes in full fit-out and joinery packages for hotels, having completed projects like Hilton Fiji and Hyatt Regency Auckland, while also managing current projects such as Taj Yeshwantpur in Bangalore. VPG focuses on integrating design, production, and project management to streamline processes and maintain quality control, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

joinery and furniture

imposed by hotel operators
• Also works with client appointed architects and
ID firms to create detailed shop drawings and 3ds
from concept sketches

Pre-production and mockup
• Works closely with design team to confirm
shop drawings
• Verifies all structural details of designed
elements.
• Advises clients on alternative options for
structure and finishes
• Creates mock ups for clients in a our fitout
studio for approval and mass production

Mass production, packaging and shipping
• Controls purchase of raw materials to
ensure quality and adherence to
specifications
• Manages the production line from start to
finish
• Ensures packaging of the highest standard
for shipping and local transport at site

13. Project Management Team China
• Manages design and production teams in China
• Coordinates design and production process
between client, operator and ID firms
• Provides documentation required with respect to
the standards (fire resistance and construction
standards) that are required.
• Ensures that all supplies flow in a timely manner
with minimal disruption to production

• Consists of Engineers & Project Managers, with
collective experience of 18 years in five star
properties
