Saritsa Foundation is a mobile university that builds capacity for disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation through advocacy and training. Led by Colonel N.M. Verma, it focuses on empowering communities through "people centered, people led, and people owned" resilience education. Verma received an honorary doctorate from the Open International University for his 14 years of humanitarian work delivering life saving education. The foundation requests donations to strengthen its mission of training the disadvantaged to protect lives.
