As a homeowner with another “project” I decided that I didn’t want to go to a big box store and wander around looking for help.
I had never been to Parr Lumber but had heard good things about them . I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and
was helped by a very friendly employee. I told her what I needed (2 -2 x6 pieces of wood to hang a closet rod) She went into the
back for a few minutes and reappeared with exactly what I needed. I then asked her recommendation on the type of nails to use.
Instead of pointing me in the direction of the nails (which is what I was expecting) she went and got me a box. I didn’t ever have to
leave the front counter! Not only did I get what I needed, received friendly service, the price was very reasonable, and I left having
a great experience! I will definitely be going back for further lumber and hardware needs and will refer others there as well!
