• Prepare loan voucher related other concern.
• Prepare different part of financial statements.
• Prepare all credit vouchers & Bank transfer.
• Prepare all TDS & VDS challan.
• Prepare all invoices and send to respective party also flow up collection.
• Maintain bank book & prepare bank reconciliations monthly basis.
• Prepare sales reconciliation & receivable report fortnight basis.
• Prepare default party report half yearly basis.
• Manage all accounting activities including ledger, petty cash, and payments.
• Report to corporate and foreign mother company half monthly basis.
• Report to Bangladesh Bank monthly basis on remittance.
• Send MIS report to manager daily basis.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
• Update all accounting transaction and records on daily basis.
• Deal with vendors regarding invoice and payment.
• Maintain all file for internal & external audit purpose.
• Deal with auditors/tax/VAT office.
