Diffuse barriers to usage by demonstrating the software at work in real, everyday situations. Walk them through a clear-and-easy, step-by-step process to get them up and running. CELEBRATE Goal: tout success stories to bolster adoption. Offer added incentives for agents. Motivate through agent recognition programs that spotlight best performers. Lastly, create case studies and infographics around results. WEEK OF MAY 5 Sally gets a message on her phone to text SMALL to 12345 for extra tips that will make booking small meetings even simpler. Sally learns from the latest email that even more people have started using Meetings Simplified and there are so many success stories out there from which to learn. She learns a new tip from this week’s email and makes a note to use that when WEEK OF JUNE 2 Sally receives an email with all new success stories and is in awe of how many people around HWW have been using Meetings Simplified, and the impact the program is having. WEEK OF JULY 14 Sally has now been using Meetings Simplified for almost 5 months and is still learning new ways to maximize it with the help of the top tips shared through this week’s email. Sally checks out the OnQ intranet site (or branded campaign site) to learn even more ways to save time. WEEK OF JULY 28 Sally receives an email about Meetings Simplified that highlights the overall success of the program and the increase in sales across HWW due to the booking of small meetings. WEEK OF JUNE 16 *connect to video? Sally receives an email about Meetings Simplified and she’s so grateful that this one has a list of top tips. She knew a few of these just from using the program, but she’s happy to have this list together to refer back to when needed. WEEK OF JUNE 30 Connect email to video? Sally receives an email that highlights a success story from one of her colleagues and she’s inspired by how using Meetings Simplified helped her colleague reach his sales quota in half the time it might otherwise take! WEEK OF MAY 19 Sally receives another email about Meetings Simplified that has even more tips on how to make the process even quicker and easier. She has been using Meetings Simplified for almost 3 months now and is still learning new ways to increase her efficiency. * Video ready to share via email? FEBRUARY MARCH APRIL MAY JUNE JULY WEEK OF February 10 Sally logs in and sees an HTML email introducing Meetings Simplified. She sees the email and sees that now she can stop ignoring the small meetings because they’re too time-consuming for he returns. She likes the idea that small meetings are easier to book but she has lots of other leads to tend to, so she closes the email and goes on with her morning routine. WEEK OF April 7 Sally expected to see another email about Meetings Simplified and its benefits, but now the email has gone a step further— with extra tips on how to maximize the benefits of the program. Sally is excited to test these out and can’t wait to share her success stories. WEEK OF April 21 Sally is surprised to see that her success story made it to the latest email.
